The last day of school celebration

Enjoying our yearly tradition of Maggie Moo's to celebrate the last day of school. We went the day before this year because we had big plans the last day!

Emma, Libby, Joshua, Nathanael, Sadie, Bridger and Paxton. You should have seen some of the blue mustaches that were created from the cotton candy ice cream.

Then the big day arrived. My fingers were so sore from all the water balloons I tied. We were ready for the bus to arrive with our chickies on their last day of school. With prior permission from the bus driver, we were ready to attack. As they pulled up, we (all the mom's and younger siblings) started throwing balloons at the bus and the kids as they got off. It was so fun to watch them so surprised. The shock quickly melted as they jumped into the action.

Once the first round was over we headed over to Tori's for ice cream cones before breakfast! :) It was such a fun morning.

Once she started there was no stopping. All the neighbors came after the water balloons for a treat. The bus drivers even got one. Thanks Tori!

Once we were done we headed to the backyard for waffles and vanilla syrup. Yum, yum!!!

Later that day we were headed to Grandma Becky's for some fun in the pool. The water was warm but once out of the pool it was FREEZING! The mom's opted to just watch this time. On the way to the pool, I snuck away and grabbed my mom and went and met Lizzie. Thanks Mom! Best decision! She was a keeper!
